Curious how you guys would value an Arctic Silver .1RS over other colors.

Hard to say as I haven’t seen a clean one for sale (besides the mismatched spec car) and sell in awhile. It is the rarest .1 RS color, but there hasn’t been anything clean or reasonable as of late to say where Arctic Silver would lie in relation to the other .1 RS colors.

I personally don’t care for it when paired with the standard Orange accents. But I do like it when paired with black wheels and accents or with silver wheels and no decals. I still prefer Carrara White, Green, and Orange. But like it better than Black.

All else being equal, this has been the order of preference/value on these cars. I had a silver RS for 4 years and been following the market for a long time.

1. Green
2. Orange
3. Silver and White
4. Black

Silver and White a toss up I think in terms of value over the years.

Thank you RapidGT. You are a bit of an enigma. You have owned or currently own so many of these cars, yet you're on top of the market better than anyone on Rennlist. You also cover more than just 997 generation. How do you do it?

More than happy to help. Just figured out over the years where to look and have saved searches on various car for sale search engines which makes it a lot easier and quicker to check up on.

Agreed.
With that said, the Black RS market has been strong lately which is great for the premium color cars.

The guy that owns the arctic silver car I posted above reached out to me and may want to sell it. But he states he wants over $200k with about 9900 miles.

I guess it depends on how much over $200k, but if it's only a few thousand then I think that's the right market price for a rare color RS.

If it is a good spec and excellent example, it will bring that in this market for sure.
