The 997 GT3/RS Cars For Sale Thread...

I wasn’t planning on starting a Covid effect on car valuations...!
It’s too easy to point at any underperforming listing and shout “COVID EFFECT!”
i was wondering if the Rennlist folks noticed anything that threw them off about this car.
I see Dougs point and as a seller I am sure he has stories of the same car not selling for a while and then all of a sudden having 5 people interested at the same time. So it’s the market.

She just arrived last night from Porsche San Diego. They were not kidding when they said the car as as new. No mods and owned by a 65 year old with a DME of all 0's. This was a great find!
These 3 cars I looked at and likely a deal to be had in there. Just no buckets which was a deal breaker for me and black which was my last choice.

Wow! What did you get it for?
Plenty of black cars out there right now. They always seem to sell at a discount, and yeah, tough to find buckets. The 997 RS buckets in my car were purchased used and installed by the previous owner for $6500. At resale time, hopefully I get most of that back.

I saw, sat in that car two weeks ago when I drove the same PO's GT4.
i was told the PO traded in 3 cars to buy a Speedster and still had to put cash in the deal.
Enjoy!

Auctions are great for sellers because when the hammer goes down, it's SOLD. Buyers can't back out as easily. Car buying is so emotional/spontaneous it's easy to decide you no longer want the car esp when it's a toy or you don't need it.
