it’s a sub 5k mile car with what appears to be limited to no track time. There are some cosmetic issues and it was poorly presented but it’s probably worth more than $150k, given comparable sales of worn out examples well above that number.

All in all, some of the cosmetic issues seem a bit exaggerated. Sure, there is some wrinkling on the bolsters and scratches on the console. neither are a big deal. There is some wear on the steering wheel, likely from someone wearing jewelry, also an easy fix in the grand scheme of things. The rest of the interior looks fairly minty (at a quick glance). The tail lights need to go and it needs a good detail. None of these are major concerns, at least not to me.
So if that's the original mileage, and it's running the original DME, this thing is a unicorn at this point. How many other sub 5k mile examples are out there that you can buy for less than $200K? Not saying it's worth $187K or whatever but it's likely worth more than the high bid, even with the market on these softening.

I’ll be the conspiracy theorist that says that it would take me about 3 hours to swap the ECU and re-program my spec with the PIWIS Ofc my key may not work anymore so I’d have to reprogram that also… sounds annoying, the car is prob fine

The thing that stood out the most to me was pic 31, tons of scratches on the center console. Now, when I got my 22k mile car, it had some scratches in this area, it's a soft touch material, but I would have told the seller to consider replacing that on such a low mileage car. Now, I understand that spending money on that and a new front lip may not be worthwhile, so at a minimum, maybe removing the taillight tint? Also, I'm a fan of carbon fiber, especially on black it works well, but I think the GT3 smile vent, mirrors and wing in carbon on such a low mileage car may not be the best for the secondary market. People are expecting a time capsule.
I think with proper documentation (DME) upfront and on a site like BAT, I think this car could have brought more. Just not the best effort to get this to where it should have been.

Someone with access to dry ice and some detailing skills could make a quick 20k off that car.

Even the carbon fiber side view mirror cover had scratches. I didn't understand the underside pictures of the engine and suspension. Compare it to other cars with 30-40k that have NOT been detailed underneath. And the Carfax had an ownership period with almost no miles and no service. Something stinks. And why would somebody swap seats? The driver's seat upper bolster had wear on BOTH sides. The passenger side looked like an overweight person lived there. Outside of the odometer, anybody would have guessed this was a minimum 40k mile car. No bueno.
