Go to Classic.com and look at all the cars that sold in the United States. It will give you a good idea of what they are going for.

IMO, It depends on the condition, how it was maintained and if it was tracked extensively or not,
Mine is not for sale, but if it was, it would take at least $150K to buy it, Never tracked, 45K miles now and very well kept - It is my 22nd Porsche.

Carrara White .1 RS with 5k miles, PCCB, full leather, and factory black graphics and accents. Car is priced at $380k! The painted front lip and rocker panels scare me as they are wear items and are more difficult to replace if they are painted. I remember this car when it was at the Gooding auction in 2017 alongside this PTS RS Green .2 RS with delivery miles.

Only car I would upgrade my white/black .1 regular GT3 for. But not with a $250k delta.
I kind of like the painted front lip. Even though it would get destroyed in short order. I don't like the painted rockers.

Also, and there are a ton of threads on this some of which I have skimmed, but what does "full leather" mean? I have only ever seen "extended leather" as a listed option on any 997.x GT3/GT3RS Monrooney, never the verbatim phrase "full leather".

Interesting spec on the white car. My understanding is that if Carrera White was ordered (a $4,155 option IIRC) then the mirror caps were also painted white whereas this car has black mirror caps. Neither listing shows the Monrooney, unfortunately.

Also to note the .2 GT3 got alcantara lower dash if full leather was selected. .1 GT3 lower dash is leather if full leather is selected.

on a .1 if you have a leather dash your glovebox would be leather (exterior only, no stitching). Plastic dash = plastic glovebox
As Bxstr pointed out on .2 you get alcantara lower dash with full leather.
