@FastAlpine - on a different topic, if you have access to Manheim data, can you run a search on 2010 GT3 sales in the past 45 days? There's a certain low mileage basket case/turd of a car that was sold at Manheim Chicago in early March and i'm curious what it went for. Whoever bought that one is in for a treat. I used to have access but don't any longer.

It was for sale at $175K.

I saw that and felt bad, looked shady the way someone else came in outa nowhere and outbid, with what appeared to be after it closed (?).
BS from what I can see. Id file a complaint and see how high you can get in their team and raise utter chaos....or, simply keep hunting knowing your dream car is in someone else's garage....

I’m definitely done forever with Pcarmarket. Horrible business practices. Might as well not even call them auctions since in reality they aren’t. Worst part was the VP confessed to me the new buyer is a “premium customer” who’s purchased “many cars” through their service.

F*ck em. I’ll find one sooner or later.

I’m confused how the seller could be furious and not sell it…Pcar market has no control over where the car goes, it’s not a consignment shop. Nothing about Pcar is binding, the seller or the buyer can back out.

Any good AH will offer best bid first dibs, THeN offer up to others… that’s BS if they offered it to them and committed before offering to the high bidder.

Pcarmarket resell delta is nearly 10% haircut, but it’s 50% less work than listing on BAT… lazy man’s AH I should know

Silver lining is that I bought my car when cars wernt hitting Reserve… good deals will come in the next few years… 100k laid off tech workers will run out of severance here in 3-6 months

I got f*cokes from p car market. Worst people to ever deal with shady as f. I had great luck with two cars on bat. Though there cars are getting crappier everyday. It’s fun to watch.

Sorry @mattonthewater to hear about this. Pcarmarket for a little while has always had a shady vibe about it. Very shady people in the times I’ve contacted them. I’m pretty sure they are knowingly allowing shill bids from a couple of their premium sellers. Also have run into the individuals that own the platform (guys on their podcast) at the Audrain Motor Week up in Rhode Island and they came off as inconsiderate and entitled. Not good people running an unethical platform.

Did they paint or wrap the door handles and radio? Center stack looks quite good in black.

Wait what?? Seriously? I sincerely thought you won that - btw I'm Aviato same here as Pcar who was bidding on it against you... but that is seriously shady... I'm sorry that happened man, that's just so scummy.

The seller posted on IG that the car sold and is going to South Carolina, did you not get the deal in the end?

Rick50 who Pcarmarket handed the car to is from South Carolina also based on his cars he’s sold with them.

Not to me! But ironically the buyer lives in the same town as me. No idea who he is though.

There’s this one. Listed at $165k OBO on eBay. Not as nice as the other one plus the PCCB rotors look like they maybe on their last legs.
