Thank you. I originally thought it was a launch car, but it's just very closely specced.

I've been having a good amount of local interest, which is great as I had no idea if it would be a hot item or not.

That's correct. porsche is not producing the aerokit wing/decklid for the 997.2 anymore. So what's out there is all that's left. Aftermarket is the only way to go, otherwise.

Spring is buying season, when do people start considering selling their beloved vehicles?

Looks like the questionable 2010 911 turbo was sold to a private buyer or a dealer. It's been taken off Ebay.

Hey everyone,

Avoid that GTS4 that was posted a few pages back (it was on CL in SF, now being sold by Shift): It has a substantial incident on the carfax. I asked the buyer if it had any paintwork, he said no.....obviously shady.

Thinking about putting my 997.1 up for sale right after May. Get the schedule services done and help it find a good home!!

Not for a standard Carrera suspension (No PASM on this car). Would be a great track car.

Looks better than many 50k cars.

Problem I see is that the person is obviously clueless about Porsche and did the repair himself. How did he determine that there is no frame "damage", and does frame deformation count as "damage" in his mind?

The impact bar behind the bumper cover also needs inspecting if impact was more frontal, or the suspension in the corner of a side-ish hit.

Still, a PPI that includes taking the bumper cover off could clear this and it would be a great deal at that price.
