I had 16 way power seat seats in my 2007 but have regular seats in my 2009. I'm quite happy with the normal seats. If sports seats popped up in sand beige I would consider buying them for the right price.

Did they make 18 way on the 997? 14 way?

*** heh heh heh....Thanks for the info. I always thought there wasn't any type of manual function as this is a luxury car. On the plus side I do like the plus side of it being lighter. Overall I guess I shouldn't let that be a determining factor for buying a car.

Side Note - Love your GTS...I would ulitimately like to have either a 997 or 991 GTS. I like how yours has the standard 5 lug vs. Centerlock wheels. I feel it would be a hassle taking the wheel on and off as you need special tools

I wouldn't pay $40k with no accidents due to 83k miles. I tried to find the auction history on Manheim to see condition report when it rolled through. No luck, but MMR is about $35k or $36k. He probably has $36k + $1,500 in pack in it.

Cost of ownership may be a whole lot less purchasing something 1/2 or less the miles for a few $$$ more.

Thank you. Actually is there some reference post somewhere that explains all the seat options that were put into the various years of 997 cars?

There are always subtle differences that Porsche doesn't describe well, e.g. thigh support. And whether the width of side bolsters is adjustable, and if adjustable, separately for lower and upper section, and if so electric or not.

Thingie is black on black (photos look brown) with black wheels, and seller is unable to take good photos. I don't see hope to sell this higher under the conditions.

On the not so bright side, the engine compartment looks dirty. The photo quality doesn't allow further judgement but definitely a sloppy previous owner. Also weird is that the photos are taken in a residential area but it seems to be a dealer seller.

I like this Turbo in Meteor Grey on Carrera Red full leather. It is a tiptronic, though.

$69,900 @ 46,776 miles from MSRP $137,750.

Has 3 more months or 3000 mile of factory warranty.

The interior looks with the Tiptronic selector and the beer belly steering wheel are kinda awful, though.

I think you have the wrong build sheet posted... Obviously not a 991 C2S cab :-)

Correct one below.

Boy, if I was willing to take a tip/cab, I'd of found about a dozen nice deals on 997TT's so far! If this was a coupe/manual with the same build/miles/condition/warranty, I'd be heading to the airport, even with the over-the-top red interior!
