I am nervously putting my 2005 C2S up for sale. I feel like I'm making a mistake but I'm not driving it much and it doesn't fit my growing family very well so I'm looking into AWD, PDK, maybe a Panamera 4S.

I'm offering it at $36,000 which I'm worried may be a little too low?

51K miles, newer clutch with IMS upgrade done, RMS and other seals replaced at the same time, X51 front-center radiator, Fister D mufflers, Eibach springs, newer Conti tires, Sport mode retrofitted by Porsche of Orlando. Also comes with a full service history documented all the way back to mile 0 when it rolled off the dealer's lot.

I have it posted on Pelican and 6speedonline

I think that $36k is a fair selling price for that car. Although someone might want to talk you down a bit, just to negotiate off of that price. It is a very clean car, and considering the service records, it should hopefully sell soon. Best of luck with the sale!

Seems like a reasonable price! Might be tough sell locally this time of year

The owner put Aerokit in the ad, but hello....I don't see a wing on the car. That is tough to miss!

Looks like the 40k service was performed. Clean CarFax. Only 2 owners.
That one has been for sale for awhile: I had it bookmarked awhile back. Seemed like an OK price. Maybe they transferred it to a different Autonation dealer.

I suppose it just depends on your area. The indie shop that everyone goes to in my town charges $150, and it is a thorough inspection, well more than 1.25 hours of labor.

That looks like a great deal. I'm surprised it's still for sale at that price. I'd double check to make sure it's truly a 4S, not just the badging.

At 40K it's going to need a major service, which i doubt was done by Auto Nation. That means air filter, pollen filter, spark plugs, serpentine belt, oil and filter, brake fluid flush and fill. At most they did an oil and filter as the Carfax shows some service being done, but I would not trust they used the right weight oil or filter. Its probably going to need the TB cleaned as well. At 40K miles the brakes might need to be replaced too, or close to it.

The 40k service is indicated having been performed. Check the CarFax. At a dealership no less. A records request and decent PPI should be able to confirm.

I believe some CarFax will not always distinguish an S/4S. Drive it and you'll know pretty quickly.

Potentially a good buy on an 07 6mt TT:

Look again.....

AutoNation Ford Littleton
Littleton, CO
303-578-6106

That where the 40K service was done, a Ford dealer. Do you trust a Ford dealer to do a 40K service on a Porsche? I don't.

Are we looking at the same report?

I'm looking at the report and it says the 40k service was performed in 2015 at 31k miles:
10/31/2015 31,321
Performed at Stevinson Imports. Maintenance inspection completed
40,000 mile service performed
Spark plug(s) replaced

I'm not personally familiar with Stevinson, but it is showing as a Porsche dealership. http://www.stevinsonimports.com/

I almost pulled the trigger on this car. I have the PPI report if anyone is interested.

They just put the price up and put on new tires (I believe)

this is also one I was very interested in (priced lower on cargurus), but wasn't sure about the details around the the IMS bearing replacement
