Great shots & I sure love those wheels (gotta be easy peasy to keep clean) & they do not distract from the 911's lines & form and in fact bring your eye into the vehicle...I want...just gorgeous! <clap>
I have 7mm front / 15mm rear on my '10 C4S and I bet that 15mm front would make it look even better; but do you think there will be any drivability issues with 15 up front when pushed or is it so minuscule...?
PS congrats on being able to give your kids what will be eye-opening joy & limitless possibilities while cruising with pop on what I hope for you are frequent excursions and adventures! <clap clap clap>

15mm in the rear with 295 tires. Gonna drop the coils 1/2” for final fitment. Fronts will get 15mm as well.

thank you! And yes, those wheels are super easy to clean and my struggle with not upgrading the wheels to a ‘euro mesh’ style has been that reason for the overall look of the car and not distracting.
I’ll have the 15mm spacers in Thursday or Friday, so I will make sure everything is good and report back.
good catch with kids (diapers in pictures). I have three boys, 5,3,1. The graco slim fits do fit in the back seat and my oldest is all about faster faster faster!
Swapped out my power heated and ventilated comfort seats for heated adaptive sport seats (***) in leather and alcantara. What a difference in comfort and feel. Can’t believe how much better/comfortable/amazing these *** seats are.

Very nice, were the seats from the same .1 or .2 as your car? Curious if you needed to do anything for the connectors to line up and have everything function?

Seats were from a 997.2 turbo (I have a 997.2 S). Only thing I had to do was move my seat belt receptacles from my seats to the new seats which also connect to the main connector under the seats that plugs into the car.
As I understand it if you have power seats you can swap out for power or manual seats. If you have manual you need to swap out for manual unless you figure out a way to power the power seats. Not sure about the compatibility between 997.1 and 997.2 cars though.

Right, gotcha, that's why I wanted to ask I know it has to be power seats to power seats to work properly, but I haven't seen a clear answer on .1 vs .2 compatibility.
After seeing someone give it a go on a prior steering wheel thread I did it myself. It WAS time consuming but really satisfying once I was done. It is not perfect, but 95 percent so.

I've never sewn anything myself... is it easy enough to do it? Also where did you buy from? I want to wrap my wheel with alcantara. Looks great!
So, I found it and ordered it off Amazon. The seller is Loncky and it cost $64 plus shipping. I did email the seller as I wanted this particular combination, and they have lots of custom options in terms of colors and styles for the same price. I believe the all Alcantara is more expensive. I also did send them a picture of my steering wheel to make sure they sent the right cut. Now it wasn't pain free, and I want to give the bottom spoke an extra stitch or two to tighten it. But for $64 I couldn't be happier. And it also feels much better with the extra thickness.
They have a video with basic instructions. The most important thing is lining everything up before you start the threading. And making sure you are going in the same direction and not looping around the steering wheel. And keeping some tension on the prior stitches as you go along so it stays nice and tight until you are ready to tie the finishing knots.
