My 6-Step Process. Also doing a rebadge, so add dental floss, GooGone, and ScratchX 2.0 to this list.

As a newbie owner, I did what everyone recommended, replace the side lights. Easy peasy as you all indicated. Amazing what such a little change can make a huge differences.

Here's my rebadging...some suggest I should move the 911 up a tad but I like it the way it is.

Funny, I've got all my products lined up in my garage countertop just like that! (If I could only get my wife to stop driving the d*mn car -- she's at a massage so even though the weather is a perfect 70 degrees and still, I can't do a thing with, or to, it.)

Clear corners are awesome. Best $45 I've ever spent on a car.

To 997 Toronto -- Nice! I'd remove the "Porsche" -- kinda busy. Almost every idiot knows yours is a P-car and those who don't, you don't want to bother with. My wife's '11 997.2 Cab simply came with a "Carrera S" logo and I added the "911" with an aftermarket license plate frame. Silver on black, of course!

This is what Brown delivered today. Last Stone grey paddle wheel for my car in the country. Thanks to Ryan from Suncoast. He was able to locate it, put my name on it and get it shipped to me. 2-3 month wait to have one made and shipped from Germany if I missed it. Anyone have a link to a good installation how-to?

The standard PDK wheel (R&L push-pull type buttons only. Not heated. No stereo or phone buttons). You can just make it out here...

Removed the driver's side door panel using this excellent DIY and verified that the problem with my floppy door handle was the same discussed in this thread.

Ordered the replacement parts along with replacement door trim panel clips since a few broke when I removed the door panel. I highly recommend using a trim removal tool.

Converted my 997.1 keys to a later version. Hopefully, I won't keep popping the frunk open when they are in my pocket now.

I've been stalking Rennlist for quite a while. I finally dove in and bought by 1st 911 (997.1)

My new-to-me '08 Targa 4S went in for a clear bra today. I just have to put up with the Honda Civic rental for a couple days until I can pick it up.

I followed everyone's advice whenever I read a new Rennlist member post--Clear side markers DONE! what a difference.

I'll get pictures up ASAP.
