Enjoying the Porsche at what she does best. Driving hard! Spent one hour with a Polish race car driver/instructor at Rozeta Wrobla in Warszawa which is a kind of autocross track located at an airfield. Very technical.
2 laps and then cooling brakes for two laps and then 2 more laps etc. I only did the Small circuit today as it was first time. Next time full circuit.
Shirt looks like this after one hour on the track.
The record holder is an M3 race car with sequential gearbox - see video:

I do believe that's the first time I've seen just a shirt pic posted here.

Blue Ridge Parkway tunnel & exhaust
Headed home last weekend from Porsche club trip in NC. Hit the BRP on the way home and lit up some tunnels with the new Fisters and Sharkwerks center bypass. Loving the sound!

What a nice Ferrari, congrats!
Aww shucks. OK, you twisted my arm.
Actually, Dennis, I was just thinking it's the opposite of your lovely 911. Beige (actually, avorio) on the outside and brown (cioccolata) on the inside!
Smorgasbord of interior and exterior pics. Plus, one of my dog, just because. And, for 997 content, the Cali and the Porsche. I'm a lucky dude, no doubt about it...T

I bought those pedal covers for my C4S at Suncoast Parts.

Joined 23 other members of the Longhorn Chapter of PCA (based in San Antonio) for a track day at Harris Hill Raceway in San Marcos Texas yesterday. First time on the track with the 997.2 C4S (or any 911 for that matter) so I didn't really push the car much I was getting used to the differences between the 911 and the 987S and between PDK and the 6 speed MT. I got put in the intermediate group with some GT4s, 911Turbos and some Spyders. It was a fast group with some passing and yes I was smelling some fumes from some cars that passed. Perfect conditions and a great group of Pcar owners.

Make sure those filters are not over oiled and by that I mean wrap them in paper towels to absorb any excess oil and if they're the round type, stuff them with paper towels overnight. I run K&Ns too, but your MAF will thank you for not over liking them. Look nice though.

LN Engineering Deep Sump Skid Plate
I added LN Engineering's stainless skid plate today protect my MantisSport Deep Sump. What a nice piece - thick enough to actually work, all fastener slots line up perfectly, and the oil filter and drain plug access holes/cutouts are in the right spots.
Quick drain valve shown here will be swapped to the LNE magnetic drain plug at the next oil change.

Thanks and these are eBay specials. At $58 shipped, thought they were worth the risk. Quality is top notch as was fitment. All in all, a good buy.
