Yes, ^^^^^ that is beautiful!!!

I washed it, installed the black lug-nuts by Wheel Dynamics, rattled canned the front spoiler by GT3tek (used acid/self etching primer, and a Ford silver, close, the cap was dead match, but no quite) I'll see how it holds up to my "abuse"....

Thanks! I'm not especially concerned about people not liking cabriolets. I like it, and that's what matters. The same is true for brown. That's the beauty of Porsches; there's a butt for every seat. The cab top is cocoa brown and the interior is sand beige. I attached a few more photos from earlier today.

My symptoms were a high pitch squeal. It sounded as if the belt tensioner was malfunctioning. When looking online, most of the time, this high-pitched squeal is associated with an air oil separator failure. To determine if it's a belt tensioner or the air oil separator, you try to remove the oil cap with the engine is running. If you can't remove the oil cap, then the problem is the air oil separator. You can't remove the oil cap due to the increased vacuum that is created within the engine due to the air oil separator failure.

The "oil cap/vacuum" test was mentioned in the 996 video I posted, so sounds like a similar diagnosis. Thank you for posting…T

What a small world. That's my indy! Best guys in town - for decades.

Washed it and detailed the wheels. Drove it Nascar(rookie) like traffic to and from work.

Wow. Small world indeed. RL cones through again. High pitched squeal, vacuum on oil filler cap and smoke billowing out the exhaust. I now know to keep an eye out for these symptoms and have my wife call Porsche Roadside Assistance while I curl up in a fetal position!

Tom,

When do we get to see pics of the Ferrari California? I'm intrigued by the color combination.
