I used Bar Keepers Friend scouring powder on my Targa 4S (Nice car dude). I didn't even take them off of the car. It does a great job with stainless. It's less abrasive, or maybe a finer abrasive than wool. Like 200 versus 1000 grit sandpaper. It keeps the fine satin finish.

Peace,

z.s.

The exhaust tips did take a long time and I wish I had a "work smarter, not harder" method. Used steel wool and WD-40 followed by Mothers metal polish. A good deal better but wish could do more. Anyone have a better, more effective method?

Halfway there, this took a lot of elbow grease

Finished and back on car

Got stuck in traffic, then stuck some more then to top it all off, the last two miles before getting home which I tend to really enjoy (sweeping uphill turns with some rather sharp). I get behind a guy in an F150 doing 25-30mph. The speed limit is 55mph. But it's all good, I still have a Porsche

Ran by Safelite and got a couple window chips filled in. They did a great job, I almost can't see where the chips were.

I always wash the car myself. There is a young guy in one of the local car groups just opened up a wash service so I wanted it contribute to his launch. Took a photo to commemorate my laziness.

That almost happened to me yesterday. Instead it was 4Runnier with a Canoe strapped to its roof and I was on the motorcycle. Double yellow stripes in the road but he was moving so slowly and the bike has more than enough pickup that I quickly got around him and was able to enjoy my road.
