Paid my dealer for a $98 car wash. Came with 30 min of free labor to reset my airbag light which tripped after taking out and reinstalling the battery on my still warrantied GTS. What a complete crock.
Would you mind telling me more about the paint. My wife's Boxster has a sand color interior that needs some TLC.
If you have additional pics that would be nice
Thanks much

Sure Matt,
I used Scratchwizard's aerosol paint. They also offer it in liquid form. It is made for plastic and leather repairs. They have a complete website showcasing their products.
I found it worked very well for tiny and small spots on Porsche's plastic and on leather too. The color match was very good on the plastic, and excellent on my original seats. The original seats driver's side bolster leather was worn and I sprayed it with this paint 6 months ago when I bought the car. The color was a perfect match and has not shown any signs of wear. In the past 6 months I've driven it about 2000 miles and I bought it with less than 7000 miles.
I just bought and received the Sport Seats on the prior photo. These are slightly lighter than the original seats (even though both are sand beige), so I found that the paint looks slightly darker than the seat leather. During shipping both seats suffered minute scratches on two bolsters. At first I sanded and filled one small section, then sprayed it. The section looked fine when it was masked off, but was darker than the surrounding area. I removed the coat and touched up the individual spots. If you do a general respray this would not be an issue.
Will PM you and send picks when I get back from Easter vacation next week.
Been looking off and on for a while for a license plate frame. Found these on Amazon, search for "porsche laser engraved license plate frame". Ordered a pair for the front and back. Once the Porsche crest caps are popped over the screws it looks like you can't remove them without destroying the caps. I just tried to install my new exterior FASTRAK transponder and realized this. No big deal as a new set of four caps is only $9.
