Installed Sharkwerks bypass. Easy to get the stock center muffler off in less than an hour being very careful. Needed to remove the bumper to get the new one on without worrying about damaging anything. Just on ramps the whole process took about 2.5 hours with a buddy. he and I took our time and cleaned the previously hidden parts of the car before reinstalling everything. Video of pre-install and post-install to follow this week.

Extremely happy with the new sound. Almost no noticeable difference with PSE off which is preferred. With PSE on, as many have described before me, the sound is perfect. A nicely tuned growl without sounding 'tinny' throughout the rev range.

In goes the Sharkwerks bypass

Vorsteiner V-GT, it's been discontinued so you can't buy them anymore.

These arrived from Germany yesterday and are currently resting on my office couch. Always preferred the cut off and better visibility without dispersion of the ROW (E-Code) headlights so I've been scouring the interwebs for a set for some time. I found these pretty cheap on the Ebay.de and pulled the trigger. Gotta love the cheap Euro. The challenge is that these are adaptive and my car has the regular HIDs. Testing begins over the weekend...

It's my buddy's house and he lives in Appleton, WI, but I'm also originally from the MKE area. I drove up to his place to play cars for the weekend and do some work on our respective rides. He's got that bimmer behind Lanolin and a '14 Corvette Grand Sport 6MT.

Ordered my Dansk mufflers today since there seems to be a long delay and backlog to get the FVD Brombachers....Should be here next week to get installed when I get the oil changed. And no I can't do it myself as I live in a condo with a underground garage that does not permit working on cars in it. But I can do things like install the FVD software as its not messy.

So, the lights work. Installed them today, it was a breeze. Even added 3000K high beams to cut through mist and fog better.

Beam pattern is great, worthwhile improvement for that alone!

Initially I had an error message telling me the headlight motors weren't working. I re-coded the car with PIWIS so that it recognizes the adaptive headlights and the message disappeared.

Next step is to see if the car has the wiring for the adaptive headlight module and then I'll buy the module itself.

Here's some pics...
