Okay, I'm back.
Is it business related or a personal hobby of yours? ... I'm guessing it's a personal hobby of yours, since it probably wouldn't cost you if it was business related. ... And by having achieved this "target" do you consider yourself to be a member of a 500 club or something like that? In other words, do you know others who have also achieved this feat?

Hold on just one minute, I think I found an inaccuracy in your statement that has misled me somewhat. 
A unit is a single count in the numeric collection that make up 500 of said identical units.
Seems like you meant to say "three occasions of 500 achieved all within the same year". Is that how you meant it?
If so, then 1500 units were achieved in 1985, correct? And if so, that meant an average of approximately 4 units a day in 1985, correct?

Nahhh, just wanted to clarify the distinction here. That it was three occasions of 500 said units for a total of 1500 in a year, and not just 3 single units.Okay, I'm back on track.
