So it has nothing to do with the Indy 500 or the Daytona 500?

Hmmm, nothing to do with racetracks, eh?

Would it have anything to do with model number? ... As in the famous Smith & Wesson Model 500 handgun?

Hmmm, nothing to do with racetracks or model numbers, correct?

Is it a coded number that only you might know how to decode? ... In other words, the 500 is not representing a numeric count of anything but has significance in another way?

It does represent a numeric count and that's all I have to say (no more clues).

Good, that narrows it down some.

Okay, I guess we can safely rule out it represents your IQ (or anyone's for that matter ) and that it represents a count of 500 units or things of the same kind, right?

Alright, does it represent:

1) Dollars - as in how much you lost in Vegas the last time you were there? (Not bad if you ask me.)

2) Pounds - as in how much you used to weigh (or still do)?

3) Miles - as in how far you live from Vegas or had to walk to lose the weight?

4) Rounds - as in how many fit in your ammo box for that 50 caliber machine gun you keep just for those who ask pesky questions?
