Thanks for the info.

Would a flash from Kevin @ UMW hurt future resale?

I think most tunes raise the rev limiter which will in turn give you "over revs" in the DME. You should do it anyways though! If you haven't already do a boost leak test.

I agree wide fitment GT-3 wheels are very hard to come by, but heavier than hollows. I’d want to see the factory part numbers to confirm. And good grief those calipers are botched; even the fake logo is horrendous. Really, if the paintwork was flawless it’s disgraceful IMO for a Turbo or GT to pose yellow as PCCB. Those centercaps, come on.

Those wheels are not OEM - note that there is no width or offset information visible on either side of the valve stem. OEM has the raised notation in the casting like these. (Not my wheels, just the first image I found in a search)

Posted a separate thread...didn’t realize we had this one going. Anyone know anything about this PTS Iris Blue car?

Beautiful car. Love the color combo.

That being said, the seller acts as if it has every option - "This is the highest spec 996 Turbo we have come across!" Really? No X50, no sport seats, no aluma-look gauges right off the bat. The most compelling part of the car is the exterior color - it is stunning.

Iris Blue is a very stunning colour. It's tied for my pick for my 993 choice (that and Arena Red).

I agree that that car needs more options. Even just finding a nice set of Beige Sports Seats (and paint the backs in Iris) and doing contrast carpeting would really make that car pop.

Not for sale any longer but can we appreciate how cool this green Turbo is on the outside?
