Hey Cuda hope you're doing well. I remember you from the 996 forum and selling/giving me your 996 exhaust tips. Welcome to the 996 Turbo forum.

I was just about to link to that. Good luck with sale. What made you decide to post on BAT?

Well, I've been such a fan of BaT for a while now, I thought it would be a fun experience to try it out. Beats a bunch of random Craigslisters on the one hand, and the low-ball offer I got from Shift, I figure.

Doesn't hurt that BAT seems to be pulling retail+ numbers on many Porsche's recently, especially when you figure in the buyer premium! Your already just a few bids away from what I'd peg as a an enticing price on the car.

Here's a new eBay listing for what appears to be a private individual seller. 2001 seal gray coupe, tippy, but only 33k miles. Nice carbon fiber interior. Current bid at $19,600 (reserve not met).

You forgot to mention the mild EVOMSit tune and the coolant pipes pinned by Sharkwerks.

PS Yes, that's my 996tt. :-)

Got it. I wouldn't be able to tolerate the idiots in the comments who know nothing but still run their mouth as if they had a clue.

I sold my e30 M3 on BaT and the listing process was very professional and efficient...they were great to work with.

The actual listing of the car and people taking shots at the car for 7 days felt like an eternity and I got off pretty easy compared to others I've seen.

That's why it's always good to post a bried description of the car you are talking about along with at least one pic. If you think I'm a heavy drinker, just imagine DTMiller.
