^ I think that'll buff right out and a little dry rice stuffed in the crevices to soak up any leftover moisture will make her good to go.

That car's eBay auction ended up at $36,800 and drew 32 bids. Definitely a springtime market when a car with an accident and a theft recovery on the Carfax does that. Seller didn't mention the theft in his ad. I sent him a message asking about it and his response was "I don't know anything about it." Never a good sign when a seller just claims ignorance about an issue that serious.

Seems to good to be true? Either he got a crazy whole sale deal on this or maybe there is a story on the car we thinking reserve is 30-34?

Looks mighty clean for 85k! Argh I'm considering has anyone else inquired and can pm me details?

^ Hard to say what reserve price is on a car on ebay when the bidding starts out really low like this. For all that we know, the reserve could be $40k. I would say that's about a $34,000+ car, maybe $35,000+ in the spring market. I'd rather have this one than the lower mileage (53k) 2001 above that has the accident and theft recovery on the title, and that car sold for $36,800.

This is actually the second time the car is listed. First time it didn't sell with a highbid of $35.1k

He should probably list it on BaT then. I think BaT is pulling very strong selling prices. If I were selling right now, no doubt that's where I'd list.
