I bet. I've just reached the point where I can't justify the inflated ( sorry ) cost of Michi's any longer and have no need, based upon where I am forced to drive these days. This is the first time in my life I still have a "fun" car but little fun driving it. Not happy about it but I was chased out of SoCal by maniacs wearing face masks. I just couldn't deal. So now I'm in the sticks. There is one mountain nearby, with some twists. I will invariably be stuck behind a phalanx of U..S. Forest service fire trucks going 25 mph. I have to follow them a few miles before I can even pass or turn around!

I'm sure the rear Kenda's will be up to the task!

I was going to put a set of 510s on it, but, John made a very good case to go Michelin.

So far, they feel as if the front has a little more compression, but I'll have to wait a bit before I get it on the highway. And my God, are they quiet.

I live in some generic cattle country in the United States. Think Wyoming.

That's fortunate.

At least the roads are fast there.

Green AF.

I actually think the stock black steering wheel is very good.

The green theme and mileage go hand in hand.

Nephrite green seems to be one of those polarizing colors. I love it...especially inside of carrera white

If you're picky about steering wheels, it can be a bummer to love a car and hate the wheel. Prohibitive at times.

We got lucky with the original wheel and you only made it better. Nice!

Car had a slight misfire and if it sits for more than a week it will start missing really bad. The coils had the original 996 part numbers on them so it was time to replace them and we have some nice weather here in NJ for the time being. Someone replaced the plugs because they were pretty much new but I put in the proper Bosch plugs..not sure why someone would go through all the trouble of taking this thing apart and not replacing the coils as well. Hope to get it together soon and drive it again and am hoping for better performance as well!

My car came with a Raid steering wheel and part of me wants to go back to an original wheel. Am I just setting myself up for disappointment?
