Switched from Hankook's that came with the car to Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's. I found the rear's through a reference from my Indie for less than TireRack's advertised price, installed, with tax. Bought the front's from TireRack and had them installed by the same shop for $20 per, with balance.
Wow, what a difference in traction and ride.

Just completed UMW tune! Also, went for the data logging option...Kevin is the man! Huge improvement in performance! Also, completed 30k service...new coil/plugs & put new michelins on the rear! I'm in love with this car!

Time for a little maintenance. Removed the front bumper cover to clean out the air inlets. It was obvious they hadn't been cleaned in years, if ever:
Total crap that just dropped into the box before brushing and cleaning:
Should allow recovery of some cooling capacity. Recommended task if you haven't done this.

Removed bumper intercoolers and upstream o2 sensors. Took about 1 hour. Got freaking antiseize on one of them. thought it would be ok but I guess not. Drove about 200 miles but code kept coming back. Oh well it was good practice since I just had it all off last week.
