Installed a Fabspeed straight piped exhaust with no mufflers or cats. O....M....G! I took off my gently used AWE exhaust debating on if I want to sell it.
This came in yesterday. Now I've got everything I need to do the rwd conversion. I'll pull all the front diff stuff this Friday and install my GT3 lower control arms. Then it's off to the shop to have this installed and get an alignment

You will enjoy that; the first time I drove with an LSD installed, I was very surprised by how much it changed the feel of acceleration and stability under breaking.
I recently bought an '02 996tt and took it on some nice side roads here in Ontario. Temps right on the cusp for Michelin Sports (especially yesterday in the rain) so just called my shop to order some Alpins to keep her on the road for as long as possible!
I am thinking, now, these have come out pretty good; they are very clean and soft.
Now you have me thinking this is something I have been wanting to do for so very long now. @2fcknfst did you use the AutoGlym Leather Balm when you let it marinate? I might try this with "The Chemical Guys" (cleaner and conditioner) products, anyone given that line of products a run?
