Sure does and I remember talking to you about polish to improve your paint. And the car in the background is definitely mine.
Feel free to join me at NJMP one of the days; the more the merrier.

I vaguely remember that, I think you told me your brake pads were completely fried or you had fried them down the bone at another track day?

I was planning on re-painting the car but I kind of like the beater look. Despite the fact that the paint is faded and is 3 different shades of red I still have people asking me if I want to sell it!

I will try to get down to NJMP that weekend. Going to see if I can fix this damn oil leak on the dc2 but if not maybe ill take the TT.

Here are more pics from that day.

That pepsi was like $8...

But it's not green! I thought you only had green corrado's, lol!

I've had 7 green Corrados.... and one red and one black and one purple.
Red one could be for sale if the price is right.

I ( finally ) replaced my rears with the very inexpensive set of Kenda's I got last Spring. I have nothing but highways and rural roads where the car drives so I'll not get to push them. But first impression is simply they run a lot quieter than my last set of worn RT615's which began to "howl" a bit. I never liked that sound. Reminded me of R888's and NT01's.

When the 615s get worn, they howl, and howl worse with more wear....

Curious to hear more.

not many can say they designed and made their own wheels.

To be fair, I 'borrowed' the design ...

well, it is an X50 with PCCBs so..yeah that is pretty bougie.

Now that i've been a 996TT owner for almost a year now, I acknowledge my place in the porsche car world. My 996TT is prole status but its MINE!

The air cooled crowd is where teh old/real money is at.

The 991/992 folk seem to be the older millenials and gen X'ers who profitted off the pandemic stock market boom
