Installed PCCM+ on Tuesday evening. It was plug and play so long as you read the 20 page thread to piece together which unlabeled connector goes into which unlabeled socket.
Took it for a drive on Wednesday.
Grew weary of plugging and unplugging the phone after the first stop.
Added an AAWireless dongle on Thursday, wrapped.it.so it won't rattle, and hid the mess behind the center console.
I ordered some other interior goodies for quality of life since this 20 year old car now has the most modern infotainment of any of my cars.
Young me would accuse me of going soft.
Old me feels he has enough horsepower that he can keep his radio and AC.

Depend how tall a lift you want, what cars you plan on putting on it and how high you want to lift them. I've got 13.5' and can basically put anything on the lift and raise it high enough for me (6') to walk underneath it. However, if you plan on stacking two sports cars, and not raising it all the way up, you don't need as much space as me.

Just sort of looked at it longingly.

I think the bare minimum is pretty much 9 feet and a few inches. I'll be at 9.5 feet, and it'll be basically bare minimum for my Carrera and Lotus Elise. Friend did a 996 Turbo and his R8, but the R8 HAD to go on the bottom otherwise it would hit the ceiling when you have to go up off the locks. So, it'll be elise on the bottom, Carrera on the top for me.

Spoke with southern hotrod (they are known for building big hp transmissions for mopar and mercedez cars) and inquired about getting the valve body modified for faster shifts. apparently what this mod does is improve the 2-3 and 3-4 gear shifts.
they couldnt confirm it would 100% work as they have only dealt with one porsche apparently but he said he would give it a shot if i were to send in my valve body. I am thinking I should probably just try the blue top solenoids first.
Still gotta tie up some loose ends on this thang.
