No, I am talking about the plenum itself. It is not sitting even on the left and right side where the rubber connectors are. I am sure it’s user error. I am going to give it a go today to see if any air leaks are detected, if not, I am not going to worry about it.

When you fit the plenum, losen all 4 clamps as much as they can, it makes it way easier to fit and adjust.

Thanks Ben. I will give this a try if I have to take it all apart again.

Well, went out and turned the ignition and it promptly dies before getting started. Guess I will start over next weekend.

The boots can be hard to fit correctly... If you do like I said: undo the clamps to the max you should get more flexibility and be able to fit them correctly.

Be careful of the fittings on those boots...you don't want to tear or crimp a connector.

Looks like the post was removed...a step by step DIY would be a good thing. 😜

Ok so was able to get everything installed, tightened up, and the car fired right up. I will take it out for a drive tomorrow after work. Here are some pics. If anyone else is planning to do this, let me know if you have any questions.

Where did you source the elbow? Does it fit well or is longer better?
