I messaged Andrew a while back and asked which one he bought and I have not received a reply yet. I guess I will have to wait until the Throttlebody and Aplenum get here before I can buy the elbow.

I'm 99% sure you need a 3.5" (that I'm sure) 45° angle hose (Not sur about the angle, but I think it's that!)

For example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-4-PLY-LAYE....c100005.m1851

yes. you will need 3.5" 45 degree.
try to find one that is long, and cut it to size.
the end that goes to the TB should be longer if you want a perfect fit.
that is the reason why i still have my setup on the shelf.
the elbow i got was too short.
i'll get back to it when the weather cools down and i will have the time.

So Im finding several P-cars having the same part number, does it matter? Seems they are in 911, Cayenne, GT3, Panamera....will it all work the same??

Part # 997.605.116.01

And I should get a gasket, right?

Awesome, thank you for the link, I will be ordering the throttle body shortly... what did you guys do for a tune? Softronics, Evoms or just install and see how the computer adapts to it?

No gasket, you have to use RTV sealant to seal the throttle body to the plenum. The groove is there to guide you and avoid excess sealant from getting spread everywhere. You don't need to put a lot, just a 1mm thick bead.

The DME should adapt to the new TB in about 5 days, but a tune will surely give you more power. I know softronics can help you with your setup

Dang the plenum is a hard thing to remove then reinstall. I think I got it all squared away tonight. Bens plenum is not sitting completely flush so I am hoping I won’t have an air leak. I will give it a shot tomorrow. If a leak is detected, I will remove everything and start over.
