You mean the vacuum reservoir/canister? I only have one. Why do you have 2? What's the second one for?

glad I had my mechanic friend over last night...jeez.

with his computer and manual, we got the vacuum lines done for both the vacuum system and the porsche PSE.

but we broke a bolt on the muffler bracket so he brought the muffler home so he can weld a new stud in. and I'm still waiting for the power steering reservoir to arrive. but we're close....very close.

finally some pics ...

putting the engine on the bench to install RMS.

Not yet, dealer called 15 minutes ago to say my parts are in, I'm hoping I get some free time Sunday to work on it.

Wow! Did you ever think you'd make it back to this point? Not too far to go now!

I'm just surprised I didn't break or needed a new part this go around. every time I go to work on it, we notice a part that is broken or not up to par to go back in and we get stuck playing the waiting game.

Took us 2 hours, 3 guys, 3 jacks to get the motor and trans in.

Now...I removed that condenser with engine in, but its a major PITA to get back in. Anyone have a secret for that?

Also, anyone have a GOOD pic of the underbody coolant lines going to the coolant lines along the bottom of the block? I'm pretty sure I connected those properly, but I would like to confirm that...

When I was putting my 3.4 back in I don't recall having any issue fitting the AC condenser back in its place. With the motor out I hung it over the side under a rag. Any chance the lines are twisted and with the motor in you don't have enough room to un-twist it? Have you thought to lower the motor enough to give you more room?
