Just a crummy time of the year to be selling. Hold it til March, then sell it for top dollar.

Retake non-track pics like on a grassy concours or something to show off your detailed and stage 3 paint correction skillz.

Mention all the interior/exterior care that went into it.

Having track pics to sell a non GT3 or Cup Car is like Houston taking out a classified's to see if anyone wants to marry her. It ain't gonna happen...

Good points fellas. I admit that I was in a hurry to get pics up. I am headed into our legislative session so I've been a tad preoccupied. But, the S will be here next week so that's one less hurdle to deal with. I can then get red looking more tame with some better pics.

If all else fails, I will hold till the spring.

Well, it says "while it currently doesn't run" in the ad. So there's that.

Those wheels were not optional on the ME, that's what you got. I'm also pretty sure that Porsche never sold Misha's wing as an option...

The fake 4S red stripe (that isn't even on straight) doesn't help his cause much either...

What color is that? That could almost tempt me to a RWD car!

The color is either Dark Blue or Ocean Blue Metallic. Both tend to change color depending upon the lighting. It can be anywhere from a greenish to a purple with all kinds of blues in between.

Anyone else find the price to be a bit steep for a car that needs rod and crank bearings?

What, you mean $18k for a roller isn't deemed reasonable?

Bit on the low side if it's my car. High side if it's someone else's.

Hopefully it comes with a box of parts -- like an airbox, serpentine belt, and probably a bunch of other bits.

I'm still SMH over that McIntosh amp -- back in the day I had one like it, but mine used vacuum tubes .

FWIW, this was also on eBay ... 2000 coupe, Guards Red, 49k miles, salvage title. Nothing extraordinary, but looks pretty original. Dealer is asking $14.9:

Big question marks, of course, are where/how it was damaged, where/how it was repaired. Still, may not be a bad car.
