It gave me good luck this morning. After I helped my wife set up her booth at the exhibit hall. I played black Jack for about two hours and won about $2k. That will pay for the whole vacation. Tonight we are doing a company party free booze and food. Tomorrow night we have reservations at Gordon Ramsey’s burger.

Default The official Porsche 2022 911 lineup

Here it goes. So Carrera, slim and slick not too much of anything but fast. Carrera S, same as a Carrera but with a wider a??. Carrera 4S, same as Carrera S but with enhanced double D front. Carrera GTS same as Carrera 4S but with bigger and bouncier headlights. Turbo, same as Carrera GTS but with sucking action added to the equation. Finally turbo S, all of the the above and it sucks the most, be careful not to wake up with the bed linens stuck in your as??

The 911s.

Individual models.

Default Vegas is a different world

My Uber ride. I made some coin about $500 yesterday playing black Jack. Bet some money on Texas Tech. I thought this miniature Winnie dog was adorable, they asked me $5200 for it 4 weeks old. Look at my retirement card is perfect all I’m telling people is to fck off.over here walking down the strip just about every body smells like a skunk 🦨 (marijuana) people watching is a must if you come to Vegas. We are day drinking at the Cheesecake Factory watching the Atlantic show. Ramsey’s burger last night was awesome, everyone needs to try the farm to table burgers **** had to pay $12 for a saint ar old hazy ipa pint i get that in Houston for $6. Doing a helicopter ride over the strip this evening.

My Uber ride.

What my parents wanted for me .

Turn $200 into seven hundred get drunk while at it.

This 4 week Old girl was adorable, $5200 no I don’t love her that much.

Getting comp $16 drinks while playing poker priceless, my retirement business card, basically I don’t give a fck.

Don’t know what’s better a clean car, or clean *****.

Hit my first port and it was nice as always, can't complain about the deployment so far... I have 6 months to go though so let's see how long this lasts.

Been looking up raising my VW and doing some light overlanding. Eurowise Off-road specializes in Euro 4x4 parts and this is the wheel set up I’m going with.

It’ll have a 2” lift, those rotiforms pictured above and 270/65/18 Nitto hybrids. We drive to Disney 5x a year and my family lives up in Melbourne so there’s no way in hell I’ll drive on real ATs for 4hrs at a time.

Default Vegas was hot with action last night.

Made over $1500 last night. In the middle of the casino floor they had girls dancing. Almost all the tables were full. To get a seat at the sports book you have to pay $225 per seat. They would give you $200 to spend towards drinks. Had a late dinner at PF Chang’s. Recuperating this morning because I got fubar 😂. I used to come to Vegas for 20 years, AAPEX-SEMA, in addition to that I owned 4 weeks at polo towers on the strip in front of the Monte Carlo I gave that to my ex wife. Anyway gambling to me comes naturally since I started gambling at the cook fights with my dad, who passed away, when I was 8 years old. Also gambling in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 is legal. A few pics, enjoy.

Atlantis show.

You can really feel the heat from the flames.

What can I say, man does not lived on bread along.

Went to a BMW show that had been on a two year Covid hiatus. It started in 2002 as answer to what was perceived as overly stuffy BMCCA events. It was originally a e28 only event but has morphed into any BMW made before 2000 being welcome.
Not a bad turnout considering the two year gap from the last meet.

Default The oldest profession in the world is alive and well

I would not say Vegas is a super friendly family town as let’s say Orlando. Look at the stuff that they pass out. Even walking on the strip during the day with my wife and son I was approach solicited multiple times. Maybe this week wasn’t a normal week because of March madness but honestly I’m a little to old for this. Anyway we had a great time yesterday, we went to breakfast at the Luxe, where i had my IPAs. Then Ramsey’s fish and chips for lunch, kA cirque de solei show, Wolfgang puck for dinner. I finished the evening playing poker and drinking old forester 1920. Glad I’m on my way home.

Never had that Firestone walker hazy till Vegas.

A black guy with dreadlocks smelling like marijuana gave it to me and told me, “bro if you have money anything is possible “

My wife ordered a taco pizza at Wolfgang . Good taste almost no meat but plenty of cheap lettuce.

Even though it was expensive Ramsey’s burger was the boomb. Would go there again and again.

Default Cooking at home again

Boy was I glad I got home. Was real tired on Sunday we actually walked quite a bit on this trip. My son and i
had a 3 hour lay over in DFW, so we
hit Fridays. I was glad to pay $8 for a tall draft. Anyway saw this Atari and it brought back memories. My dad got it for us while he was in Chicago for business. Got to make Korean fried rice with chicken and andouille sausage and filet mignon pin wheels stuffed with green peppers and cheeses. For what it cost to eat at Wolfgang Puck I can cook all week making better food. Yes I finished another bottle of Turkey 101.

My dad got it for us when I was 7, that was 47 years ago. My favorite game was space invaders.

Tender filet mignon pinwheel, I’m pretty handy with butchers twine.

I guess I need to get me another bottle.

The Korean fried rice was awesome, need to make more next time as there where no leftovers.

That was the spread at my wife’s cousin on Sunday, I honestly would have preferred to be there than coming back from Vegas. Already planning out next get together.

Went to Katie's Cars & Coffee this weekend. Few standouts from the morning:

Double Lucid Airs'! Very cool to see in person.

Old British roadster

Any car that comes with a pretty hammer in the engine bay to fix stuff gets an A+ in my book!

A gentleman I know brought out his fully restored Dino. It was perfect.

Cool Ford

Best sounding 4 banger I heard in a loooong time. I guess carbs will do that.

The copper hammer is for the knockoffs on the wire wheels. I've not seen one displayed like that in the engine bay before. They are usually rolled up in the tool bag - which is an essential companion for a British sports car!
