Three Wheelin'
🌶 Chillis, Hooters, Whataburger, burger
saw your post about your third cousin working at chili’s but could go work at hooters. Anyway, here in Texas chillis makes some pretty good burgers. I don’t get certain burger joints, White Castle, definitely in and out. They opened an in and out here a few years ago, I did spoke with the Gm and she said that a lot of Californians where moving here which I agree with, more even today and the place is pretty pack, majority of their customers are transplants. My wife likes it, my son says is a ****ty burger place, I’ll eat it but really don’t care for it. At that price level I take a flame 🔥 broil whopper. We have some pretty different burger shops here but as fast food one that gets a lot of fans is Whataburger. For lunch my wife keeping her lent wanted a whatacatch (fried fish sandwich, tomato, tartar sauce). So after I picked up my son at Outback, we drove to Whataburger. I took the car out, warmed it out, check fluids, etc, also took the co pilot with me. My son who has a disability loves burgers. He eats them plain, just ketchup. Even when we go out to fancy steakhouses he goes for burgers and fries.I took my brother in law in when his dad past away, he didn’t had anywhere to go really. Anyway him (40) and my son live upstairs, both of them are single and they go to hooters twice a week, I feel good that my son spends time with his uncle doing their own thing. Finally hooters I like going to the original, the first one is in Clearwater Florida, every time I go visit my brother. Some of pics of the last time I went to hooters with the family here in Katy. Mc Laren in parking lot.
This one was park right outside hooters, on a handicap parking spot.
Hooters had increased their prices. Menus didn’t have pricing. Anyway my wife suggested we go there so why not. I was in a great mood because I have just gotten the car from the mechanic, soul headers in, almost 10 days since I had been in the car.
Somebody’s new ride. McLaren.
Had to take my co pilot with me. She enjoys riding in cars.
If you are in Texas, Florida and a few other states you got to try these. You can add jalapeños, mushrooms, bacon, all kind of toppings. This place is like a Texas landmark, people even buy Whataburger merchandise and clothes. Anyway I was just taking the car to make sure everything would be good for today.
This place opened up recently, happy hour 5 days a week and craft beers 🍻 my kind of joint.

Only place in Texas to get a real hamburger is Dirty's on S. Guadalupe in Austin. Fact.

Does that include a free ride to the local ER afterwards?

They just go behind your back and erase a picture that hurt their delicate feelings.
I’m just glad they’re not a vegan or recovering alcoholic. 🤡

Do you think they keep their comfort blanket close by when they review the posts like Meghan and Harry do?

I think Mr. plpete84, who started this thread, should get some sort of achievement recognition. He launched this thread 2 days ago, 70 posts, over 1600 looks.
Mods can tell us if that is a record.

Three Wheelin'
Day at concourse the elegance
This is the perfect thread. Was out of the house at 7 am. Driving 65 miles to Kemah. Dog is with me. She was afraid of fast speeds so hanging in the floor boor. All of the sudden she starts barking, guess what, cops, slow down I don’t want to go to the dog pound and have those monsters rape me. So, since she is old we have to stop to a **** stop literally. I go inside a Whataburger, I let her out. She goes by the front door of Wells Fargo and drops a few deuces. She made a deposit I’m getting a call on Monday which account we want to put them on.
I’m scared dont know how fast your going!!! My handy dandy cooler, like the American Express cars don’t leave home with out it 9 beers.
**** she alerted me about a cop.
Guard dog in action.
I was going supersonic but hard to do when she wants to jump on my left arm.
Dropping a deposit at Wells Fargo, I didn’t picked it up because they certainly screwed a bunch of people.

My best friend got me this bottle of Nikka and I love a Japanese Whisky. Packing now for my upcoming deployment and decided to have a little something.
One thing I “miss” about Afghanistan and Iraq was being able to get mail. Maritime deployments kinda screw us in that respect so in some cases, If you don’t bring it… you don’t have it. I’m not really an anxious person but man I want to get these next 6 months done so I can hurry the hell up and come back already. Doing hoodrat **** is fun but so is hanging out with friends and family. Any Shellbacks in this thread?

Kemah Concourse de Elegance part two.
We get there. My car is non show quality so no use in me participating in this thing. I find a spot next to this 996 targa. Had a blast all day long walking around and seeing the cars. Saw a few 996s but the gt3 rs where all there together. Those cars where pretty loud. Three Iguana or lizard green, two reds, two violets. Two cars older than me in original paint. A red 356, 1965, it’s amazing that the car is in this shape after all the years. Silver 1999, 12/98 production triptonic cab with boxster red leather interior. In the end this was a perfect Saturday for me.
Cool story about the targa. It belonged to Jake Raby. Has a 4.0 FSI built engine. The owner bought it in November from Jake.
I would put a 4.0 badge on it.
A few cars
40th anniversary the owners is one of the event judges. Nice guy. Car is in awesome shape.
The 99 triptonic coupe. Wheels are 18 turbo twist . The car has 9,500 miles. Original sticker said that boxster red interior was a $3750 option. At the right in floor you see my kozie with beer, for me it’s cars and beers, caffeine is bad for you.
Pretty cool 😎 he put this cover piece on the windshield.
Black 02 coupe.
There where more 930s out there than any other type.
White interior is kind of different on this one.
Another 930.
Gt3RS row, that’s where the money is at.?
Got to love my blues. Gt3 and speedster.
Random photo.
Lunch for me and the dog a smoked Turkey leg. Kind of steep price $15. At least I didn’t had to pay for a single drink.
They were heavily advertising the event.
I finished the evening at home in my second patio jamming to music. Shrimp on the grill. Two different dishes for my wife and son. Grilled shrimp quesadillas, salad.
My sons salad.
