It's one of those things, I can't feel it, but I know it's there and helping.

Great day for the ice cream wagon at the track today, traffic meant no PB's but the car ran great and with the shift for the rest of the year into the faster run groups, I'll get to my goal and got the next one on deck.
It's The Little Things
You put all this effort into planning, procuring (budgeting) and fitting the parts you think will make the car faster, more reliable - just better. Then, after all that, it's the little things that really make it good.
The UAOS drain back - This smoke in the intake thing had really got me bummed out - it was seriously problematic. Getting rid of that problem with this elegant combo of parts that now allow me to run full oil capacity has made a huge difference in my general mood about this car. I did not see pressures drop below 22PSI - now that number is not great, but it's a lot better than the mid-teens I was seeing before... and NO SMOKE.
The Cup master cylinder is worth its damn weight in gold, the improved pedal feel really helped me break out of my timidity since my ABS failures - I wouldn't say I'm back to 100% where I was on the brakes before the failure, but I'm about 90% and man does the car work better when I'm not pussyfooting around on the brakes.
PSM delete - unplugged the PSM to assure I get no more intervention and the car feels WAY more alive than it did before. NOW I can see why people that know what they're talking about heap praise on the addition of an LSD, with the PSM out of the way, it really allowed me to start to get in-tune with what the diff is doing and it adds a whole other dynamic to driving at my low (haha) limits.
The car is feeling the best it ever has, saw my fastest MPH at the end of the straight today, 126 MPH from the GPS and it smoked EVERYTHING on the track. In the one session I counted, I made 16 passes, not a single point by - the Porsche with the funny headlights terrorized EVERYTHING it encountered on the track today. The downside of all that passing, I did not get one clean lap all day. Still managed to run some 1:21's and 1:22's despite the traffic, in the beginning of the season I was thrilled with those times for a clean lap - so, I'll take it. My theoretical best lap for the day, where the aim takes the best time from each sector and stitches them together (helps me mitigate traffic influence) is in the 1:18's which is my lowest yet, so despite no PB - the pace is there for a pretty smoking time, just need to be at my best for a whole clean lap.
Pretty good for a car worked on in my little garage with a small budget and a large amount of help from friends I've met on RL - Thanks dudes !
With no PB lap to watch - I thought I'd bring you guys along for the full 2nd session so you can see what I mean by traffic... Hope ya dig it.

Jason, I feel like you missed a big opportunity to post several blurry photos of ice cream that everyone would have very much enjoyed. Please keep this in mind next time you post.

Awesome job
just watched you passing everyone. I love the screen display all parameters. Yes you had 121.40, I believe in lap 5. Yes you never had a shot at a clean lap. If the track was the same on what you posted on august 4 you had a 1:20 lap. Keep it goin .

Looking forward to seeing the data pack you and Paul post. Be interesting to see if there is a difference in oil pressure. Chris' (CTS) oil levels for the race weekend were an eye opener. hence my question to skip on your "Oil Pressure Stability" thread.
