Since getting the flat I swapped out my 5-spoke Carrera II wheels with base wheels I picked up cheaply from another Rennlister. I'll be getting new all-seasons mounted and then will have the faces refinished as they are really beat up. Anyway, discovered it was most definitely time from new tires (and this one wasn't the one that went flat!):
Time for new tires and an alignment
Base wheels mounted. Pretty beat up...
Also looking forward to installing this beautiful piece of engineering:
I plan on getting summer tires for the 5 spokes once I get the suspension sorted.

Removing "clear bra" PPF from the front of my car. 5 hours later I'm about 1/3 the way through.
I've learned that there is a technique to it. It's old, but I can get it off in like credit card sized chunks using just a steamer.
Currently soaking my fingers in a bowl of ice water so that I can use them tomorrow to finish.
edit: Tomorrow should go a lot faster. It took me a while to learn the right technique. The wrong technique frustratingly yields small pieces.

I was bitching about it on a BMW forum and someone told me about plastic razor blades which I never knew was a thing until then. If I had know about them at the start, it might have only taken me 30 hours to remove it.

Only five hours so far? You're lucky, I think I was in for 40 hours on the Cayenne's PPF when it was all said and done. It mostly came off in dime sized pieces and if I managed a quarter sized piece, I started popping the Champagne.

I made some good progress today. All that's left is the front bumper between the headlights. I'll probably take a few days off to give my fingers some time to heal up. I'm a pretty hands-on guy when it comes to working on cars, yard work, lifting weights, etc... but this sh*t has my hands on fire. Much respect to people who do this for a living.
PPF seems like a good idea...until you have to deal this crap like this.
I called around and asked my detailer and tint shop would they do it: "Nooope."
I got a number for a guy who does it: "$75/hr".
I once was close to buying a GL63 AMG that had full-body PPF on the truck when it was traded in to a dealership. One panel had the PPF removed. Paint looked amazing underneath the tired PPF. I asked the dealer, "The paint is awesome. Why did you stop removing the PPF at one panel?" He just looked at me. Now I know why.
