Not really. The adjustable lowers just move the wheel perpendicular to to chassis. They r generally used for camber adjustments.

Got it. Thought the thrust arm bushings offset hole would help with the caster. My car is lowered on H&R springs and the front wheels definitely are pushed forward a bit, although only passenger side touched the liner.

Yea because they replace the rubber bushing.
Yes as u adjust the height the caster changes and as u adjust the caster the wheelbase changes. Its why the tires hit. Its really just 1 more adjustable part so u can get it right.
