I don't mind changes that include adapters and other items that don't amount to much permanent change to the car. I'll set aside my original head unit that works. I saw that Crutchfield lists these Pioneers and many others as not compatible, but people are doing it. I assuming their criteria is fairly broad in that either they haven't tried it or more than the usual install work.
I have the SeaSucker as well and it's a great solution! You sometimes get funny looks from other drivers when they see a bike on the top with no typical roof racks. Nice bike btw

It just feels WEIRD knowing nothing is actually bolted on, but everyone I know who has them swears by this system.

Another numeric pedal install. Took less then a hour on a y2k car. Only issue u had it snapped a little bit if the female ball socket on the gas pedal. Its still seated firmly and cant fall out so im leaving it.

It's definitely sturdy enough as to most people looks like normal suction cups while they are more like heavy duty vacuum suction cups that have held on my gravel bike at 80mph I just always make sure I attach them to a clean surface. It works better and faster than me putting my bike into my old car!
Get yourself a good mechanics/detainers rolling seat because you’ll be there at least an hour. I used some ideas from the recent PCA Tech Talk video to get to the deep, or tight spaces. I started off with taking the air box out. This gives ample access to the engine front. I then used diluted Zep degreaser to clean whatever and oil or grease residue. I used numerous soft rags to wipe down everything, and leave no residue. Honestly, the previous owner took good car of the car, so there was minimum build-up. Once done, I used a soft bristled car detailing brush (one of many) dedicated for use in the engine bay to clean other localized areas not fully touched by degreaser. The soft bristled brush is key to getting most of the corrugated, raised, or depressed piping/tubing areas. I then used two ideas from the PCA video that talked about using chop sticks and bamboo cooking sticks to teach and get into the crevices. Using Aerospace 303 as a lubricant, I used the chopstick covered with a microfiber towel to clean all the difficult to get areas. THen the tight edges were reached with the tip of the pointed bamboo stick, without the towel. THe interesting thing brought up, that I also experienced, was the tip of that stick will fray slightly and act as a soft, but still rigid point. When all those deep, tight areas were cleaned I used a clean detainers brush and sprayed Aerospace 303 into the bristles and then liberally brushed everything down. Hopefully this provides some ideas to emply.
