DT40 and filter
LN magnetic drain plug
Oil pressure bypass valve and pressure sender (was concerned about getting correct oil pressure reading at dash)
New O2 sensors (why not?)
Tip filter and fluid (below)
Checked front engine mount (already done rears)
Diff oil (2002 Tip has a drain plug!)
Tomorrow.....drive the **** off it.

How long had it been since the Tip fluid was changed?
Also what was the state of the front trans mount?
Just curious as I am planning similar work on my ‘01 C2 with Tip.
Today i reached double the miles on my 03 4s since acquiring in 18 months + 1 week ago. 21,700 to 43,400. I barely remember pre-Porsche life but it definitely wasn't as fun.

Thanks!
tranny fluid was OK, but I wanted to set as much of the car to 'zero service miles' as possible.
Front tranny mount was Ok; I suspect its been done in the last few years.
The front bump stops on my car are in a similar state. Is there a way to gauge, before disassembly, if the top mounts need replacement? Sometimes I hear a knock from the front left but only after a long drive. ‘99 with about 45k miles.
Others might have advice on this. My car is a 2003 with139k miles. At this age of our cars, most of the rubber should be replaced.
Today I tackled the vent foam problem in the frunk. When I work on the radio, I’ll do the other blending flap to eliminate that vent foam source as well.
Replaced the existing original motor mounts from 2002 with new Rein ones. Needed a breaker bar to get the nut loose but otherwise easy. Lost about 1/4 or 3/8 of an inch of sag.
So I was going to take the car off the stands and was looking at the seams on the mufflers. I assume these aren’t any good for a Fister conversion due to the cracks?
Took it for a drive and can feel more vibration from the newer mounts. I imagine the poly adjustable ones must be a step up from that. One more routine task done.
