The current bid at $80k (before $4k in fees) was the going market pre-COVID. Eye-opening how much 993s have appreciated even among other inflating asset prices -- with or w/o wheels.
To spiff this car up to 911r or Tarek standards will take $15k max (CEL and assorted fixes, exterior paint correction, redye seats, detail and prof photography) and seller will stand to reap twice as at the back end.
