When are the first MY 2022 cars going to be delivered?
I picked up an allocation in April, and my order was submitted last month, so I assume my car will be among the first to be delivered. TYD is showing that it's scheduled for production at the end of July, but production doesn't start unit the end of August when vacation time ends. The car is supposed to be completed on 9/3 and will arrive at the LA PEC in mid October.
When are the first MY 2022 cars going to be delivered?
I think my initial dates for MY22 c4s was a build completion end date of July 24th. It’s since been pushed back (even more so due to coinciding with the factory close), but fine by me as the timing worked out with when we wanted to do our euro delivery.
Can anyone who has a September/October build date confirm they are still on schedule? I had a September build date with Nov/Dec delivery - just a got a call from my SA saying that there is a delay for the 992 production line and my build date is pushed back to November with delivery next year. Big problem for Canadians as there is a new federal luxury tax that kicks in Jan 2022. Want to confirm this is real and not my dealership trying to pull something on me.

I will check with my SA. So far I haven't been notified of any delays.

Mine is an August build with October European Delivery and no issues on my end.
I got an allocation for a 2022 model two weeks ago with a freeze date of July 12th. Production starts end of August and completes beginning of September. The freeze date got delayed last week but then recently got moved back to the original date. Hoping it will "stick" for now.
Hello, I'm a first time 911C4 buyer and I really appreciate all the information everyone posts here. I really wish I had found the forums before I went to a dealership as I would have been more prepared and known what to ask more specifically. My question is that as a first time buyer I feel very much like I'm being strung along and don't know if I have a real allocation (I have a V070 and the first stage "your order is created" on the MyPorsche app). So I have no idea if and when I'll get a real allocation and build date and delivery. The SA has thrown out possible dates but said it could be later, so it could be a year or two the way he talks. Yet I fear that if I'm too forceful in asking for detailed status from my SA and dealer they'll just drop my name down the list for the annoyance. They've made it abundantly clear that demand is through the roof so I can take it or leave it. Does Porsche monitor the queue and prevent their customers from being played with like this or is it just up to dealers to do whatever they please and the parent company doesn't care? For all I know they're moving other people ahead and that's why I don't seem to move up to the next phase. My SA seems like a nice guy, but I have no way of knowing if he's honest or just using me as a backup if allocations are given up. It's getting to the point that it's souring my experience of buying my dream car that I've been waiting for 20 years to buy like the kid in the old advertisements. Any advice?
Contact Porsche North America and ask one of the advisors to help linking your build to your MY Porsche ID. Ideally, your status should be V200 - delivery date determined.

If you are V070 then you have a commission number, but an allocation hasn’t been assigned yet. I believe once your status changes to V200, you can track it via the application.
