Doesn't make sense. I placed my deposit on allocation for September build on May 15 (Saturday) and I got the email on May 16 (Sunday).

Also in greater Toronto area. I placed my deposit in March and got my allocation last week. July 30 build start but completes august 27 due to shutdown. Hits the Halifax port on Oct 1.

congrats! I figured I wont get an allocation for another few weeks. My SA has been pretty good and communicating with me regularly.
Which dealership did you go to?

Oakville but was also told that have all their allocations for the year. Not sure if this can be validated by others. I hope it’s not the case for you.

interesting. Did they just update the order with the correct email address?

I'm running into a problem where i DID get the invitation email, but i can't get my account to activate (I register, then get the activation email, follow that link to the page to enter my password, but then ERROR). I even tried creating a MyPorsche id manually by going through the website, but same issue.

I had a theory that maybe it's because the email address i gave them had "." in the middle of it. So i tried to create a MyPorsche account using a different address. It got created with no problem. So i called customer support to see if i could change the email address of my order and have it linked to this newly created account, but the woman on the phone didn't seem to be able to do that. Sigh.

So now it's being escalated and i have to wait to hear back from them.

Anybody get an October allocation recently? I was lucky enough to get a September allocation but my dad is still waiting for an allocation.

I have a 10/8 build date for my C2S. Initial order was 5/12 with a 9/10 build, but a couple of weeks ago it all pushed about 1 month and at the same time my order date changed to 6/3.

I also live in Vancouver and I placed an order for 2022 992 C4 3 days ago but my dealer was saying possible allocation date on end of year (December) which reading these posts seems like either he is lying or has no idea of the possible wait time. Could you let me know which dealership (I went to Porsche Langley) you went to place an order?
