It was nice to go through a lot of pages again and some new deliveries. And a nice short review by Spartakos. Laughed a lot at Barkat03 sense of humor. Love his posts
In the Netherlands the 7th unsold 992 T has arrived pretty close to my hometown. It’s the first 992 T with the T-package lizard green interior! So if it has arrived already tomorrow at the dealership I will be going there to make 61 pictures again for you guys.
The PDSL+ has the cornering lights and the automatic high beam function. But the biggest difference most don’t know is the PDLS+ has the full silver/chrome ring around the headlight. The normal one doesn’t. The normal one has a white plastic inlay on top (just why??) while the PDLS+ has the black plastic inlay on top. I needed to chose between white plastic or the silver/chrome circle around the headlight. I chose to save €1100. But am pretty pissed about the looks. That’s the reason Porsche wants you to go for the full black matrix.
@Macboy can you please see and document the floor mats ?
what's special about them vs non t package ?
@Cartod
I've drooled a few times over that photo. . Beautiful collection. Oh yeah, Farah Fawcett. I had one of the 959 when it came out. I was floored by that car and design.
It’s very modest. No drool required. They are why I ordered another manual. The gears keep me young!

Congratulations on the car. Can you elaborate on the road noise please? I need to commute 2-3x a week for 70mi each way, highway at 80-85mph. I have an BMW F80 and hate how loud it is. Not the engine, mostly tire / road, almost drones.
Is the road noise you describe tire related? Wind? Engine/exhaust drone? How would you compare it to a Base or S 992?
thank you.
I haven’t done that many miles yet, but it is actually slightly quieter than my 991.2 GTS was… the engine and exhaust note is pleasant but doesn’t have the pop and burble the GTS had; and as for road noise, I must say I can’t really tell if I’m being honest… I still bloody love it though!
Thank you for the excellent synthesis of information here. When I removed PDLS+, it was because I didn’t want the chrome ring (as there is no chrome on my car at all). Had I known it would result in a silver internal element, I may have been inclined to keep PDLS+.
Just to make it sure: both PDLS versions have that (ugly) silver internal element. So it’s just about the chrome ring or the white upper part.

Bad and good news.
Bad news: the 992 T with lizard green interior has not arrived at the dealer yet.
Good news: the press car has arrived in the Netherlands !!!!
Here are the pictures (not from me unfortunately) of the 992 T from the main Porsche importer. This will be the press car and demo car in the Netherlands.
Whilst all dealers have ordered dealer spec 992 T in more “basic colors” and PDK and rear seats the press car is in flashing Guards red with race tex elements and a manual and the rear seat delete. Gotta love that! I don’t understand the lack of carbon roof on the press car however.

I see red stitching on the steering wheel and shift boot! Hopefully green T package is the same.
Amen. I’m 60 and I had a 911 poster on my wall along with Farrah Fawcet !!! I love the old ones and this is my first new water cooled 911.
Nice garage! I miss the aircooled cars.

Red stitching is from the deviated stitching package which comes with stitching on the shifter boot and steering wheel. From every pick and video I've seen of the T interior package, they don't.
The high gloss black Sport Design Package is looking pretty good with the deep contracts. Just annoying Porsche charges $2K more for high gloss black vs. matte black
