Don't worry, once you see your car on delivery day, all will be forgotten. We put so much emphasis on every little detail, but trust me, I bet you will not even think about it 2 min after delivery.

Was “allowing me to ‘vent’” a pun? I love ventilated seats but I went for the Sport Tex, which I had in a 2017 GTS. The Sport Tex is much cooler than leather when you first get in, but there’s something nice about fans blowing cool air on your legs on a hot day. I had ventilated seats in my 2014 50th Anniversary 911 and always wished I had the pepita cloth that was special to the model. Except on a really hot day when the ventilated seats felt great. I also just got a Defender 110 V8 that had alcantera seat centers as standard, but mine has leather instead. Like my 50th Annoversary 911, I bought it off the floor and didn’t have a choice. At first I was disappointed, but it turns out, I’m happy with the leather after all and I think it’s more durable than the alcantera. Don’t worry too much. Both are great and you can’t see the seat when you’re driving.

You are overthinking. You're fine with ventilated seats.

Why worry about things you can't do anything about? We're all very lucky to have these kinds of problems. You'll love the car anyway.

Agree. In pics in the release photos and on the configurator, the steering wheel and shift boot all appear black thread with the T interior packages whether grey or green is selected.

So the standard T package at $2,410 is:
different sport tex seat center (pinstripe pattern), partial deviated stitching (seat bolsters, door panel armrest, center console lid, headrest 911), plus seatbelts in green or grey (a $540 value) and T-specific floormats.

Is that a good value? If you want a green-accent interior, absolutely imo. If you want something different and subdued, the grey is also a good choice. Especially if you want to benefit from the uniqueness of the T model. If you want some pop in the interior, but not green, the grey has been said to be very subtle. Maybe add the interior trim inlays in exterior color for that pop if you go with the grey and have an interesting exterior color?

The T package with leather at $6,930 is essentially the same leather package as in the base and S ($4,530) plus the standard T package ($2,410). It deviates the stitching for the new leather pieces, but still does not stitch the wheel and boot lever like the $3,650 deviated stitching option. It seems like you get more bang for the buck here because of the additional deviated stitching and pay the same price for all the new leather as the base/S package. Still, the limit to green or grey here is a big drawback.

I wish they would offer the "leather interior in black with chalk stitching and T-specific checkered sport tex seat centers" or even just the checkered sport tex with chalk stitching on this model. I would probably have gone with that.

One of the press cars with a leather T package interior appeared to have the deviated stitching present on the MT shift lever boot. We won't know for sure if it's actually included in the package until we start seeing some delivered cars.

I also ordered seatbelts in silver and dials in white.
I'm getting Shark Blue and thinking about doing Speed Blue or GT Silver deviated stitching. I've read that Speed Blue stitching and Shark Blue are the same color but I think you have to really see them to be sure.

That's a good and classic combo. Did you get red seatbelt too or stopped at deviated stitching?

I've seen Shark blue with Racing blue belts and it matches very well unlike Python green and Lizard green.
