Mine shows PG on TYD as well although I freeze tomorrow. I get a sense what's on TYD and what the dealer sees can be different. For instance on TYD my car starts being built on 4/25, finishes on 5/2, and arrives at my dealer on 6/8. My dealer looked this morning on his end and sees 4/28 5/5 and 6/9. He didn't see anything change on my build from his end.

While the carbon buckets are displayed on the configurator, do you actually think Porsche will make them available or will they remain like PTS: an amusing option to play around with but unlikely to actually be available?

I'm guessing we'll have to wait for MY24 allocations to be in dealer hands before we'll know for sure

“Confirmed” meaning demand order or V200 or what?

I didnt get a confirmed allocation until late Feb and am now in the “prep for build” stage (past design frozen stage).

I guess maybe in Dec your dealer had an allocation slot way in the future?

If you put a deposit down and have a build sheet, that’s annoying. But not dissimilar from “stop sale” annoying things.

Here's a question to the group: With today's price increase and the "supposedly" availability of LWBs, does that make you want to order LWBs more?

Because there was no choice, I sold myself on the idea that the 4 ways were better for me than the LWBS. LWBS save about 22 lbs total over 4 ways, which is good but not what I'd expect when going from standard seats to buckets, and for my intended use, sport seats will probably work better. So no, I don't want them more. It makes me glad I locked my build as a MY23.

I don't track, like comfort, think that the sport plus seats are more than adequate, and prefer a backseat. Bonus is ease of getting in and out. So if I was ordering a 911 tomorrow it would be no LWBs.

So we may be forced to take the stickers. Slightly comical, really. Reminds me that someone here recently reported that, despite him having specced decal-delete, Porsche went ahead and stickered his car anyway. Perhaps that was an omen.

It makes me want to order them exactly the same … not at all. I’ve had them in several GT# cars and don’t love them. And they kill the Carrera 2+2 set-up. All for a bunch more money, and I’m not overwhelmed by the (sprung) weight they cut.

UUUGGGGHHH I can already hear it...

oH iT dOeSnT hAvE lWbS aNd BoSe So I'lL gIvE yOu 30k LeSs

I did try out LWBS and its a pain to get in and out, and its more costly to get in the car for a quick run. But it's pretty cheap to swap in sport seats for dallying.
The lack of BOSE is going to hurt, copium aside.

Zero interest in the bucket seats…

If I had a GT3 I used at the track from time to time between jaunts to monte carlo and positano, then maybe.

But I have none of those things.
