So I never thought I'd poll the group but here I am...
I am struggling at times with Python and considering Guards Red. Mostly, because the rear bumper looks a little frumpy in lighter colors without the Sport Design bumper package (which I am absolutely not getting; I'm not paying $4700 for plastic and less of an approach angle). Am I crazy or does the red look better from the back than the green? I also like the way the red plays off the gray accents, it's a very classic color, and, of course, it's a free color. But Python is far more unique and is also the launch color.
I would do Lizard T interior package with the PG exterior and slate gray T interior package witth the GR exterior.
Any insights appreciated; my order locks 3/9.
You’re not crazy, the GR photo looks better than the PG. Not because of the color differences, in my opinion, but because the red photo has better angles, better staging, and more detailed lighting.
I think they’re both fantastic exterior options. Guards Red has stuck around for 50 years, and Python Green is Python Green. Which interior would you rather live with?
On the RAS issue. Given that Porsche adds it to all the higher performance level cars - even the much lauded GT3 which reviewers seem to suggest is an amazing car in terms of handling- why would I second guess the Porsche designers and not include it in my build?
if you don’t order RAS or add PDK the T is kind of pointless. At least with the base Carrera you have more choices in terms of interior trim colors.

I was the first person to put down the deposit for 992T, but I was told that 'there is a guy' that was promised to convert his existing order to 992T. Well played, Squire... you must have a good relationship with the OPC.
I'm guildford too ... 'apparently' next on the list waiting for my allocation that should come through this month. How long from your allocations to forecasted delivery?

😄 Yeah - they’ve done well out of me - 200k worth of orders in last 7 months!
Bought a Taycan in July then sold it back to them with just 400 miles on the clock at an 11k loss😞

Excellent! I got an allocation on 12-Jan-2023, vehicle to be built in April for delivery in May-2023.
