992 Carrera T Club
I know. Mine have also become the gear police. They listen the revs and advice me when to change gears (or mostly when I do a bad change 😂😂

I couldn’t resist myself so went to the dealer again to pay her a short visit and make some pictures

The current isn't a big deal, but the chemistry of the battery is. I have a CTEK happily connected to my T, but it is specifically the CTEK charger for Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries--which my T has. If you use a lead acid and/or AGM battery tender from CTEK or another brand, you could run into major issues since the charging cycle boundary conditions are quite different.
Bottom line: use a maintainer that matches your battery chemistry. Some T's do have lead acid batteries and most have LiFePO4. I have used CTEK for at least the last decade and they have been awesome.
CTEK 56-926 LITHIUM US

The only way you are going to truly know is to pop the cover off. It is not that difficult to remove and install. Edit: Pull it up near the frunk, slide it forward and out.

Earlier cars often came with Li while more recent ones came with AGM. The only way to know for certain is to pop open the hood, remove the plastic cover and look at the battery itself. It used to be that cars with RAS came with Li, but then all early T's came with Li regardless. Then they started to all have AGM. If you are unsure from the battery, snap a photo and we can take a look. Li should have LiFePO4 stamped on it, and AGM should have AGM stamped on it (all on the sticker on the top of the battery).

I was looking into how to keep the battery up. I ran across this information that the RWS have the lithium battery and the nor RWS don't have it. So that made me lean away from RAS. But I don't know if that is a fact or not.
Let me know if any of you drivers have a current bit of info on this.
