You can always swap the AGM for an aftermarket lithium battery.
Yeah, who knows? My 2018 M3 Comp was fitted with a Lithium battery. Now I gotta by a different Ctek. Sounds like we are going backwards?

I think he means cheaper to replace when they fail: $300 versus $3,000.

This has been gone over a few different times so I'll try and do a quick TLDR:
There are two potential batteries you can get from Porsche one is classic lead acid (AGM) the other is LiFePO4. They each use a different ground harness.
The AGM ground harness is battery agnostic, and will work with any potential replacement battery regardless of manufacturer, including Lithium batteries meant to replace AGM.
The lithium ground harness will only work with Porsche's proprietary lithium battery.
If you need to replace the battery not only is the AGM from Porsche cheaper, but you also have plenty of aftermarket options. The lithium battery is many times more expensive and your only straight forward option is an OEM replacement.
It has been reported* that all that is necessary to swap away from the Porsche proprietary lithium battery is to swap the lithium ground harness to the AGM ground harness. This would be a one time cost of ~100 bucks give or take.
*I haven't seen any first hand testimonials posted

No idea about the environmentals of Pb vs. LFP in the context of a starting battery. LFP does have some things going for it though. It's lighter, so all the goodness that comes with (incl. fuel savings). LFP unlike some other popular lithium chemistries doesn't use rare earth metals. LFP also has the potential to last a lot longer than lead acid. Still though, I have no idea which ultimately is "better" for the environment.

@Nadvice I guess you need the one shown in the photo above posted by @dmia which is specific for Life PO.
However if your car has AGM I guess you need the one posted by @Shortseller
Best Devon Racer.
