With you 100% on that.
Worse still I only use the shampoos that came with the PPF and wipe in a certain direction in each area of the car when washing it.
Yes I live a sad life😞

I went exclusive to Gyeon and CarPro products years ago. Mass marketed products are junk.

Very bold statement. Basically love love leather paying $150.000 on a car and then saving the last dollars on the last 2 options? So I would say you either love love leather and go for it, or you don’t think it’s so important or worth the extra cash and leave it out.
No, silver. I have the T interior package and that comes with the silver belts.

Do you mean the Slate Grey belts? The Silver Grey belts are not available with the T interior package.

I use to be that way as well, till I got to old to even care about someone else doing the work. It’s a progression, you’ll get there too. 🥸

Highly doubtful as I come by it (OCD tendencies) hereditarily.

I used to be a big BMW fan when I was young. A 3 series was serious money for me back then. I loved getting a new car but ruined the experience by being too OCD. Then, one day I read an article about a shovel of dirt. Went to Home Depot, got a back of potting soil and through a shovel of it in the driver and passenger footwells. Helped me get over the OCD.

They should begin to be offloaded later this morning. The ship is scheduled to depart JAX today at 1900 (7p).

You are the 👺.

OCD is nothing to laugh at. That said my new BMWs went through a scratch ritual before I could live with a daily driver. As they use to tell me…”The first one sets you free”.😵‍💫

Of course you could employ a car servant who's sole job is to clean your car/s, but that's the sort of thing Turbo S owners do.
Proper enthusiasts like us do it ourselves.
Disagree on the leather, I like the look of it and at least in the UK it's standard on the T.

@Barkat03

I have a standard 4-way sport seats in my 992T, with cloth in the centre. Did I get short changed with the cow hide?

On the wheel cleaning, we need to create job opportunities and intensive training for unsuspecting candidates

What better way to spread the brand, “Porsche, there is no substitute”!

I was told its not yours until you scratch it!

I have a stone chip on frt bumper (non-corroding part so hurts a bit less) which I stare at over the weekend. I bought a Porsche touch-up pen, but I don't want to make it worse, and I am not having my bumper re-sprayed in the chop-shop!

The pens I used on my previous cars weren’t bad but not perfect either. They are meant if done properly, to prevent surface corrosion. If on a plastic part, your call if it makes it look better or worse. I would dab it with correction paint. If you do…Use a paper match tip(paper side obviously) vs the stick pen, the paper side works much better if applied lightly it will fill the chip gap. Wipe excess around the fill, quickly. Good luck.
