TYD just updated to show my car bouncing in and out of Emden on the same day...

I don't believe it yet based on some of the recent delays but this will be amazing if true!

Does yours have the latch hooks in the back seat area? Check the body compared to lines in the wall, these pics are taken at slightly different points so they don't line up.

Just stumbled upon this slide in an old 992 video from savagegeese. They talk about how the EPS is programmed differently on cars with vs without RAS. I thought I'd post it here since we have not addressed the issue of RAS before. lol

No clue. Despite having a really early allocation, my build date was June. That has since been bumped to May, but I'm trying to European Delivery. That puts me _maybe_ sometime in October to pick up in Leipzig. Who knows!

Hi everyone - I just got an allocation for the T with a freeze date 4/24/2023. Checking into the party and wanted to help/opinions about my build since this is my first time. My SA recommending 18 ways seats but I've read 4 ways are just as good. I plan on sitting in both before finalizing. I currently have a 981 Cayman 2.7L PDK with 14 ways seats. I'm also leaning towards leather with deviated stitching as I'm configuring this as if I'll never get another 911 again. Any input/tips appreciated!

Default Delayed delivery....again

I had an original dealer delivery date of 3/31, then 4/14, today it just changed to 5/4. My manufacturing start date was 3/6 and I received all three pictures last week, with a completion date listed as 3/14. Now the completion date says 4/5. Anyone else seeing a moving target?

Congrats! Looks like a great build. Shark Blue deviated stitching with the belts will look great.

Hello everyone, my car is arriving at the dealership this Friday but I decided to pick it up one week later in order to organize an epic trip with my dad. I’ll anyway see my baby later this week and make sure to post many pictures for you. Please let me know the details you want yo have captured in my Friday report.

I wonder if it's not really 100% complete - maybe it's missing something that they're now waiting on?

TYD is of course notoriously unreliable - I'm seeing a moving target too but in my case it moved backwards! I got the last two assembly line pics in the very early AM yesterday, so my car appears to have finished production yesterday, and today the projected completion date moved from 3/15 to 3/13, which seems appropriate in my case except TYD still doesn't show that phase as being complete:

[QUOTE=itrocks4u;18685489]Is your build frozen? I regret not getting RAS on the T. Initially I wanted a more 'pure driving' experience so left it out. However after reading multiple threads here, I felt like I made a mistake. I then started a thread on RAS lol and after all the responses (60% of the folks as per poll have RAS equipped), I'm still not sure if I would get RAS.
I also didn't get the leather interior

THIS: The thing is, with all the waiting it's so easy to start second-guessing your options.

I had less than 24 hrs from getting the allocation to locking the build...and am grateful for the focus! (Although I keep the configurator every day to kill time while waiting)

Nice build! Blue stitching is a great idea. I didn't go with RAS but that is a personal preference. I also didn't do LCA, but I live in a rural area. Other than that, we have very similar specs. I think your spec is very smart!
