911 Carrera T | Porsche Car Configurator

911 Carrera T | Porsche Car Configurator

As PTS makes the painted seatbacks unavailable I came up with this as well:

911 Carrera T | Porsche Car Configurator

Please note these are in no way indicative of something I'd build but.......
We have such similar tastes. I saw the signal ST at Rennsport. Looked amazing. Love Gentian. Moonlight is gorgeous. My first 911 was Pacific Blue. Kinda similar.

I was under the impression via various social media post by PCNA that the ST displayed at Rennsport was Bahama Yellow.

Bahama Yellow was the PTS color that I requested for my T and was denied. Just weeks later they unveiled the ST at Rennsport in Bahama Yellow so I partially suspected maybe that was why I was told no 🤷‍♂️

To all you PTS guys struggling to get the colour you want - have you considered getting your car wrapped in that colour?
Fella where I live changes his Cayenne’s colour every few months. Also acts as a PPF to protect the car.

Here’s an example of how cool it could look👍

that is a cunning plan @Barkat03

I wanted Aventurine-Green 992T, so I thought if I get GT-silver I can disguise it with AG

. . . then decals came along

@Pivot You’ve got me thinking - my GT Silver needs a makeover and that’s one really unique colour - bet nobody on here’s got that

You are correct, thanks for that. The ST is Bahama. My bad. Still... Signal > Bahama > Speed > Racing.

Default California market

Despite the recent tech layoffs, the amount of tech money is keeping many dealers oversubscribed. Yes ADMs are smaller than before but they still exist. Everyone would love to pay at MSRP, folks aren’t paying higher because they lack common sense or have too much money to throw around.

Hopefully the market in CA gets to MSRP in the near future.
we can still get MSRP if we order one in San Diego but in Los Angeles they seem to ask over MSRP still.

Default Park assist

If the 911 were a front-engine car, I'd definitely get the front axle lift, because I'd rather not damage the oil pan or the transmission casing in the worst case for an FR sports car. I think there are radiators in the front portion of 911, but I don't think the front axle lift will protect that anyway in most circumstances. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Get the park assist will inform you to stop before you hit the curb or parking stop so you won’t have to lift it.the 911 is a short car so you don’t need to pull in that far. Made sense n my wife’s Panamara to use and order the front lift since it’s so long . Also the rear axle steering came in handy on a longer Panamara but on a 911 don’t seem to miss it since it’s so short .

Nah. Minion yellow looks like Pastel yellow and is a bit too pale for my taste. Nothing beats Signal. Not even Ferrari Yellow.

Absolutely nothing wrong with it, but personally I couldn't do it. It's too PTS wannabe imo. It would be like painting your calipers speed yellow.

Color wrap cheapen the car imo. Not to mention the door jams and the areas that are impossible to get will never get wrapped. Cool idea for race car but not for street car.
