992 Carrera T Club
This'll happen with any new car, but I wonder if some options might see it more than others. Do you have the full leather or just plastic dash and doors? Leather or alcantara? I won't see my car until October, but it was built in May; maybe it'll have fully outgassed by then. I do worry a little that I'll get to it and it'll have the lightweight glass broken, so who knows.
Offgassing - sure. But the car shouldn't be off gassing so much that the windows are hazing over.

I've never had car windows haze like the T does, and I've never heard of anybody who needed to clean the windows on their brand new car every three weeks because they're all hazy.

They weighed it at 1456kg(official 1470) which is less than the official Porsche figure which is unheard of in Autocar tests. Also bear in mind that the test car was far from being in its lightest possible configuration with its RAS, BOSE, Matrix lights, Surround view etc adding about 25-30kg, which makes the reallife weight of a 992T without these options about 1430kg or lighter than the 992GT3 they tested and weighed !.

@Barkat03 & @Uhu Thanks for sharing. I liked some of the detailed specs they display like 332 torque at 2K rpm and max speed for each gear. I found this comment amusing >> “A lighter always-noisy performance exhaust might have some extra oomph…”
@Uhu The first time I drove the Autobhan it was a bit unsettling. Going fast was fun, but I had to watch for unpredictable slow moving traffic ahead. That said, can’t wait for the next time to get on it again. In the future, take a video of u going for that 310 kph mark. I for one would like to see it! And be sure to be wearing that outfit in ur pic for good luck!

Always look ahead and "read" the traffic. They will have no problem swerving in front of you, even when you approach at almost 300 km/h. One of the reasons I never go fast on a two lane autobahn, too many morons looking for a crash.

Finally hit 1000 miles, so I had a chance to go past 4K RPM. 😁

Most of the folks in this thread have probably seen this video already but on the off chance you don't think weight is important, watch this review of the 350hp Porsche that intimidates the hell out of Chris Harris

This is great news indeed. Now I want to find a vehicle scale near me and weigh my T!

Anyone else order the RS door pull conversion kit from Suncoast that we were talking about a few pages back? I just stumbled across this thread over in the 992 GT3 sub, so sharing here for further stoke: https://rennlist.com/forums/992-gt3-...onversion.html
