992 Carrera T Club
I had the same reaction. Second comment my wife (albeit not a car person) made about the car was how nice the interior is.

The 911 is not the widowmaker. The widowmaker is the 911 turbo, and it earned that name because the snappy turbos make it a handful, especially when exiting corners.
I agree with you about mid engine cars if we're taking under the limit. At or past the limit, my experience is that they snap quickly and it's harder if not impossible to recover. Conversely, a 911 will let a driver know when the limit has been breached in a more progressive manner and allow time for the driver to recover.

edit. My best numbers aren’t as good. I blame my wife and the fact I was in break in period. 😃

there are bunch of other panels that get wrapped in leather with that package. But at that point, if you got the money to spend, go with deviated stitching to match or contrast the exterior color of the car. I didn’t have extra $7k or what ever it was for the MY 23 just laying around so I got the standard, very happy with that decision.

If you don’t mind sharing what are your specs?

simple spec: Manual, glass sunroof, rear seats, Bose, power steering plus. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be happy with the standard interior, but it looks great, the stitching is actually gray so it has a nice contrast.

Guys:
Can we please, pretty please, with a cherry on top, delete pictures when you respond to a post with anywhere from 1-10 pics??? I'm alone in preferring to see a pic once instead of three or five times. You can either delete the pics in your quoted response or just start a new reply and tag the person you're addressing with the @ symbol.Let's all please make an effort not to pollute the thread.

Nice spec. I have suspected that the stitching was more gray than actually black which has lead me to believe that the silver gray belts would work well in an attempt to brighten up the interior.
I disagree with those on the standard interior. Once you have leather interior with deviated stitching you will never go back, standard looks cheap for a car at this price point. However. if you never owned a 911 with leather and are coming from BMW/ Mercedes etc. you will find it fine. Every time I get in my MT Python Green T wiith leather Carrera T package and Burmester sound it feels really special, like Ferrari special which is amazing at its price point. And one thing I noticed is that if I nickel and dime on big purchases I always end up regretting it later.
